Round Review

Norbert recovers to rescue a point from Suzuka

In the World Championship, Norbert Leitner has scored his first point of the season by finishing in 10th place at Suzuka with a solid drive. A first-lap collision dropped him to last, 15 seconds behind the nearest competitor. From there, he drove a strong recovery race and fought hard until the final meters with Van der Niet for 9th, but had to give the position back as he went off the track limits in the last chicane. Norbert's result marks Faster Than Speed's fifth consecutive WC point-scoring finish on its 15th FSR season.
